The website vistavalleyresort.ma (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) is published and hosted by Vista Valley Resort, a Moroccan public limited company (Société Anonyme) governed by Moroccan law, with its registered office located at Av Al Qods L.Imcopa Lt. 2 Louamma Bureau n14, Tangier, and registered with the Tangier Trade Register.

Use of the Site is governed by these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”), in accordance with the applicable Moroccan laws, including but not limited to:

• Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection

• Law No. 02-00 on copyright

• Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms aim to define the conditions of access, browsing, and use of the Site, as provided by Vista Valley Resort (hereinafter referred to as “the Publisher”) to any visitor or user of the Site (hereinafter referred to as “the User”).

Article 2 – User Obligations

By accessing the Site, the User agrees to:
